Please allow users to publish their own custom scenery as user generated content (mods). The scenery could be hosted in the workshop for everyone to use. Frontier could develop guidelines for each scenery piece, a rating system, or curate scenery packs to ensure the scenery is performant.
A lot of PlanCo 2 players recognize that they will never be able to build something as amazing as the creator influencers Frontier likes to promote. Not everyone has the time to spend hours advance moving hundreds of individual scenery pieces perfectly into place to replicate a western theme or Victorian theme, for example. What the creator influencers spend hours doing in game could be accomplished in a fraction of the time by artists in Blender and other 3D applications. Their accomplishments could be shared for everyone to use. Personally, I'd love to see Frontier focus on creating rides for the game and let the community fill in the themes.
Frontier would need to provide basic shape pieces as references (walls, windows, roofs), a mechanism to privately test the functionality of custom scenery pieces, and a mechanism to upload custom scenery for publishing. VRChat's SDK may serve as a good source of inspiration for how to implement such a system. Parkitect is also a theme park builder genre game that features custom scenery (and also rides and more).
I'm posting this as someone who has experience creating optimized game assets. I'd be interested in creating custom themes.
