Imagine for me that spent the whole day trying to demolish my way into a settlement data point only to find out the thing was public in the first place... lol!
On a side note, concerning the data materials grind...
I just found out that high sec settlements yield about 3 data materials when you hack its data points (repeatable through logging out to menu). Wouldn't it be easier if we mapped the high sec settlements that have public access data points??
BTW the settlement in question is Phillips Observatory in Gandii
