You have just done it.
Slightly longer version read post #3 in this thread and say hello to anyone you see about! There is no formal structure or mission per say just a general theme and a load of locally based players flying around the local area.

Okay, just got back to Reed - that was the weirdest Nav session I'v had.. I was mostly attacked By WEP affiliates, all with 50K + bounties (even for vipers).
I ended up flying wanted tags for hittting a revolutionary party member.. and not noticing for a while LOL.
Anyway - I have 17K ov vourchers for Empure - and 218k for the Revolutionary party???
Am I hurting our effort?

In all honesty no idea, shooting WEP ships does hurt the faction but collecting bounties for the Rev party no idea.
If WEP ships are all you can find maybe we need to hunt at other Nav beacons for now.

Yeah Hazara, I have noticed my rep with WEP drop when I mowed into one of their ships without paying attention, but it was a very minor drop.
Some of the biggest bounties I have ever seen are going on it that area at the moment.
Have made up for it by passing up a couple of these on WEP members:

I just hit the founders world in a sidewinder and came back in a shiny Vulture due to a small fear they are currently only on 'sale' and someone will realise they need to be a little bit more expensive soon!
Myself and Nudewiz (also in a vulture) failed miserably in a wing to find anyone to shoot except system ships in all Strong signal sources tonight!

Two minor factions went up today including a big jump for the Feds.
We are close, lets be on the lookout for Federal spies and imposters.
