Just want to confirm re. bounties and system influence. From what I can gather from the wiki " Bounty Hunting within a system will reward influence to the controlling faction. This is good if you're attempting to strengthen the dominant faction within a system. However, if you're attempting to improve the influence of a smaller party this will prove to work against you".
As we are on the cusp I'd just hate for any of us to inadvertently tip us away from war

Further to that, I stripped the Cobra clean and could still only get 5LYs. Completely baffled me, ended up trading it in for a Type-6.
Sounds like you put in a down sized FSD
Size 3 perchance instead of Size 4
That could give the 5 light year jump range

Had a lovely night, despite not actually running with any of you all :c Pushing hard on Shongastyak and greatly resisting tasty bounties in SuperCruise. Shong is Civil War Critical at 50-50 and I'm not sure what it's going to take to spark. I'm trying to throw this into a signature by the way, but I'm Yves Fortescue. Mods must think it's French swears.

Just came across this thread. Shong has been my home system from the very start. I'm playing on Empire side and I've (casually) been piling hundreds of missions for Shong Utd. Inc. hoping there would eventually be a gathering to flip the system ... one day ...
I've noticed things were evolving these days : more ships visiting the system and a huge upswell in influence since last week. SUI stepped from 50% to 55% in two days and is now civil war critical.
I just sent a request to join your group so we can play together. Disclaimer : I'm not in your timezone (by far) but this will allow missions to be performed during your sleep ... and there should still be moments where we'll join our forces to help the imperial cause !
Just add or friend me in game as needed. Hope we'll meet online
