Website Progress.

OK, the Forum is 99% ready, working on the medals next and starting to assign them.

Finished:

  • - Forum tiered access levels
  • - Updated timeline
  • - Added lave radio feed.
  • - ranks and points for usage
  • - command structure, moderators and users



Next things to add:

  • - Traffic report page: to quickly report sightings/engagements of CMDRs in any of the AI systems, this will allow us to see where people are and where to locate our forces.
  • - Trade routes page, bet trades for the benefit of the players/AI
  • - Live Mission Status Page, allowing us to have a "Notice board" style page, where you can go and see what to do/not to do for the advancement of the AI (only vetted members)
  • - embedding of AI shipyard into a tools section.


I am trying to make this the one stop shop for all players, even if you don't care about the AI.

over the next couple of days I need to actually work on RL stuff, so development will slow down a bit.

I believe the system flipped during o/nite (our time) server tick, whilst I was still in the CZ!
It was weird, I was smashing anything going near a GYC 'Conda, then all of a sudden, my opponent/target and all the other ships just disappeared
...then the CZ marker started retreating...

Congratulations all on the taking of Guan Yun for the Empire.
That's 3 systems flipped and for now we are going to concentrate on consolidating our position in them plus working on Expansion for Wangal.
Posts #2 and #3 updated.

Everyone deserves a well earned breather from Civil Wars and a resumption of 'normal duties' for a while, so feel free to continue with our ongoing goals or get involved in the Galnet stories etc.
This also coincides nicely with my 2 week overseas holiday starting this Saturday so if you don't see me around its because I've taken a short break for a tour around the Empires historical sights.

As i didn't play a great role in the taking of Guan Yun can those of you who did and fancy getting your version of events into our official history please send me a small (preferably under 500 characters) version of how the war was won via PM and i'll pick my favourite.

That just about sums it up.

Current status is however, civil war is still ongoing. Having spent a couple of hours there tonight, it appears to be the dying embers of a depleted force.

It appears they wish to fight to the death. Their decision, not ours, but I obliged all the same.
