Animated rilas, pistons and motors etc with attachment points for scenery

If we had the rail from the animatronic without the themed prop on it, we could attach our own items and have unlimited creativity. Rather than having very specifically themed items that dont always fit your park. Would be nice if we also got motors etc too that we could also attach scenery items to. There is no need to have a set of themed animatronics if we have the rails, motors and pistons etc with attachment points on them..

Edit: is there a way to edit the title of a thread on these forums?

One of the content creators showing the pieces during gamescon showed a number of 'null' pistons and rails to add your own scenery to and create your own animatronics, if I recall correctly.

Now, I'm struggling to remember which one actually showed it off, maybe Deladysigner(?), but do remember I also saw it on Rubih's post here:

. Starting at 11:34, in the bottom middle row of the menu, above the words 'Tracked Ride' and 'Flumes' are three parts that are cubes on pistons. One slides, one spins and I think the third one rocked back and forth. I remember being excited for this as there seemed to be less people animatronics, but now I could make barrels and rocks do things instead.

demonstration of it here. It's going to open a lot of possibilities, especially if you can add them to each other ! :)
I think we will be able to attach them to eachother. The first thing i am going to try once i get the game is attach as many pistons in a row as i can and see how far i can make a single scenery part move haha.

Thank you for the link.

If Frontier add coaster track sections and all of the coaster trains as scenery items, we will be able to make transfer tracks and maintenance buildings. They wont function but at least they will be able to be animated.

I'm with you, and imagine then if you can add them to the sequencer and time them individually... the possibilities would be very exciting!

I think thats exactly what we will be able to do. With a bit of time, people are going to be able to create fake flat rides that are fully animated etc. Its going to be incredible.
