And once the alpha begins, we should wait for the beta before criticism (I'm sure they've got more they haven't implemented yet!), and then in beta, wait for release (oh yes, let's criticize before the game is released! Jeez!) then after release, give them some time to respond (guys, come on, they just finished a huge release cycle, they need some time to implement all these new suggestions, also, it's too late for that one now! Should have said during the beta!!!)It's pre-alpha footage It's quite possible there are a number of animations that weren't implemented in that build. We should wait for the alpha to actually begin before telling the devs what needs to change.
All I'm saying is that we should wait until the we can actually test odyssey ourselves in the alpha to judge the content instead of basing it off the extremely limited video content so far. Unfortunately some people seem to think that you should either start judging something when you don't have current information about it to make an accurate judgement with or that the only other option is to not criticize it ever. And once the alpha begins, we should wait for the beta before criticism (I'm sure they've got more they haven't implemented yet!), and then in beta, wait for release (oh yes, let's criticize before the game is released! Good stuff, seen this one since Kickstarter "vertical slice"
All I'm saying is, that while you may be right, the next step will get the same treatment (you are judging too early!) and the next step, and the next step, and even after release. All I'm saying is that we should wait until the we can actually test odyssey ourselves in the alpha to judge the content instead of basing it off the extremely limited video content so far.
