Nope, not sorted... I'm having this too (XB1 standard).
Bad news.
As a temp fix have a root around in the options. Look for "Head look smoothing" & "Idle hand animations" toggle them both to off. It may help.
(sighs in despair) just one of the many bugs and discrepancies that have been there for ages.
