Anyone else having problems with CQC crashing on PS4

When CQC game comes to an end and tries to start the reward screen it crashes with a blue screen and error code CE-34878-0, this is a PS4 error code.
Under instruction from customer support I’ve , Cleared PS4 cache, reinstalled elite, deleted my saves and rebuilt the database.
The game still crashes at the same point with the same error on both my cmdrs .
Has anyone else encountered this problem.
The main game is ok.

Yup, usually when getting killed/killing an opponent when they fly through the powerups.

Yeah I get CE-34878-0 errors all the time. I also have the screen going black maybe one out of two games, it returned to normal once when the round finished. Anyone else have this issue?

I don't know because I can never find a match with any players or in the whole game, everyone has gone a bit space crazy anyway.
