Anyone know a good bounty hunting location

I've been bounty hunting in an Anarchy system near Sol, which is paying off ok. The only problem is huge travel times in my Viper to collect bounties from Empire and Alliance space.
Does anyone know a decent Anarchy system close to systems from all three I could claim my bounties.
Or am I doing this the wrong way? Does anyone think it's more affective to just hunt for bounties in the local systems and cash in locally.

set your galaxy map to show planet colours by allegiance, now move it around a bit so you can get a good idea of where the nearest Empire, Federation and alliance systems are to your location, you might find a sweet spot for hunting that has a system from each faction not too far away. I did notice an Empire system that was pretty far into Fed territory on my travels. But yeah a good way to just make some fast cash is to hunt at extraction sites or nav beacons in a faction system and just cash in locally, I can rack up 100k pretty fast just ignoring warrant scans and killing only the local wanted ships.

Go to Quator (anarchy)...plenty of high bounties flying around at the local nav beacon, but you will need a kill warrant scanner.

It's in an area where lots of rare goods are traded, with all three allegiances closeby.
But this also means you will have to be on your toes, because there can be dangerous CMDRs around.
