Anyone know if this is a bug? Can't operate Helm from an SRV

When I deploy an SRV, no matter what I do, my helm controls are blank so I cannot board my ship.
Tried relogging, nothing. It has happened over multiple days without fail.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Go into control options and choose 'default' or 'classic'. If that works you may have to re-bind any custom controls you had.
If it doesn't work, come back and we'll try something else.

If you aren't far out in the black and need that SRV self-destruction is a option.

Tried to change the controls, still nothing displays under the helm screen.
And yeah, I have to self-destruct my SRV every time.
It's really annoying.

Anyone have any suggestions? It's really impacting my gameplay as I do planetary scan missions a lot.

Have you tried clearing the cache of the Xbox? Sometimes that solves such weird stuff with ED.

Is it possible you could post a screenshot of the empty helm orders?

Could it be your cargo scoop was deployed?

Is your contextual menu turned off?

Cargo scoop is not open, and contextual menu is on.

Have you tried dismissing and recalling your ship?
