Just need to go to another system while it flips back.
It's not the confederacy who is in civil war, but the state still affects the whole system.
Just have to wait it out and it will be back to normal in a few days time.

Why the front page hasn't just said "FORTIFY" for the past few days is beyond me. It's all over the place at the moment, no wonder we're scattered errywhere. I've still not got any time free, too much studying to do. I should be getting a Python in a week or two, so that'll help.
Because Fang is studying too.
Reddit has said Fortify and usually it's very effective at communicating but for whatever reason it seems like few of our guys are actually available right now and most systems that have been fortified are not on the list we're promoting, so there's obviously others just doing random things. I'm sure there are several people in my boat as well who have been unable to connect due to patching issues. Add to that CQC and we have what seems to be for the last day a one man fortifying band of McFergus. The fortification numbers have hardly changed since pre patch and this morning.
I've got today working from home so will be putting in two full conda loads (800), I'm currently at LTT16548 but does anyone think it's worth moving to a different one to make sure it gets fortified.
Or does it not make a difference how badly into turmoil we go?
With the right push we can still avoid turmoil. I would put your loads into Halbangaay if possible. That's just my thoughts.
As it is right now, we are not goign to hit Turmoil, if there is no more undermining done on us.
Of course there will be more undermining, so we still need to fortify more.
It is still mathematically possible for us to be pushed into Turmoil.
Halbangaay is on 50% so would be better for your 800T to go into.
We need to focus on what we can get to 100%
Matucanth needs about 200 so it will get completed by someone.
If we also complete Fan Creche, Halbangaay and Ngbato we will be on -143 if we are undermining 100% (which will not happen)
If we could coordinate with everyone (and I know we can't) I'd suggest easing up of the fortifications and trying to hit a balance of -40cc.
This would make Mandii fail expansion, but not put us into Turmoil. Too hard to try though I think.

What's a system that can be added to Fan Creche, Halbangaay and Ngbato to try and hit that number?
I've explained it poorly, if we get those 4 it is mathematically possible for us to hit -143, but we won't we will be in surplus.
There is no way the Empire will undermine us 100%.
We will be somewhere between 349 and -143, no idea where
Guys, if we end up with a surplus of CC next cycle, we will:
- Get Mandii expanded, which will hurt us.
- Open the door to Gliese, bugged at -23cc.
- Open the door to Devana is at 1cc.
- Open the door to Evejitaka is at 28cc.
- And maybe open the door to Binjhwarku at -7cc, instead of Evejitaka if our 5th columnists / new players throw more prep at it...
If we hit turmoil, none of this will happen.

If we hit Turmoil it will stop the expansion into Mandii, but it won't change whats on the prep list for next week.
Gliese gets 0 income now, it doesn't get the 15ly bubble of exploited systems, just an upkeep cost of 23, so its worth -23, its definitely a bug.
Keep Binjhwarku from teh list, push VVo 19 and Dhak (small stations only)
I know that I have no say/sway in this matter, but think that this idea will be making the best out of a bad situation.
I would love to push Dahak, but would need to buy a Python for that and I can't / would take too much time today.
Focusing on Vvo then.
