Unlike PP1 where it was down to maths and CC, the new system has everything decentralised.

PP2 is very much like the BGS now- lone commanders or small groups can push isolated areas or join larger efforts.

Omg I'm almost at top 10% & I didn't read much to begin with... but as it became increasingly incomprehensible to me i was forced to read.

I guess you can't sell them as they are new pp materials and probably not supposed to be sold at a bartender.

Not being able to transfer them is probably that old bug where you have to have at least one in your ship/backpack before you can transfer something from the carrier.
