I find it a joy to fly- the manoeuvrability is great on it, better than the AspE. Maybe if it had much more speed so it could have a role as a smuggler/blockade runner type ship it would have something to differentiate it.
The AspE of course would still have the larger modules, more utility slots and additional hardpoints so even as a much slower ship you'd still have a reason for it being more expensive.
