Assassination success didn't satisfy mission

So I had to kill a named target called William something. Scout USSs, get directed to another system, all usual. Find the NPC ship and its an Orca instead of the usual Anaconda. Destroy it without trouble, but mission doesn't complete. Pointless waste of time.

yup, orca kill missions bugged (still)

but hey! we have city lights! and, erm, names on discovered planets

fyi.: Don't try to continuously ram the Orca in frustration if you are flying an expensive python..

EDIT:

Did some testing pre 1.1 that showed me that 3 out of 51 assassination missions will be Orca duds.
