Discussion ASSISTENCE SOUGHT - Multi-point Navigation APPS

Hi Cmdrs, I'm trying to source a working solution to a task I'm trying to tackle/achieve.

Is there such an App that is a multipoint navigation system. Basically, you input a mixed list of systems names, with a start point and then the router would connect/link them up in the most cost effective and logical way for you to navigate/patrol/explore a set route effectivly?

The below image demonstrates the task but only routes in order of input data and not effective (ie shortest, least time intensive routing/jumping).

I appreciate time takien to read this, o7 Cmdrs

Thanks, Eventure, that took me on a journey I wasn't thinking or expected in doing (excuse the pun) lol, if only it was as easy in the game ;) but it is along the same lines as what I have been thinking off. The Spansh (https://www.spansh.co.uk) comes closest to what I'm thinking but as I said above it only creates it in the order of input by user, which does partly the job but not efficiently for a fluidic area thats constantly expanding.

I think this could be an asset for the community, and ED for many many uses, but I am not a programmer nor have sufficient knowledge to know whats involved, tho reading that wiki you kindly provided shows it has been a topic of many a discussion for decades and TSP, lol. Is it viable tho? My intension was working an established area (your faction area and patrolling a given route, for example) or used for any other interest needed for monitoring etc. Your TCE Mk II, which I use extensivly ;) helps keeping a watchful eye on interested factions but for that to be accurate you have to visit each area (not auto populated globally in current format ;) hint hint lol) but made huge strides in monitoring groups that are of interest. Perhaps other Cmdr's may have some input, I'll leave it there for now.

https://beta.spansh.co.uk/riches though it doesn't currently allow you to specify which systems you'd like to visit, but it is generated dynamically

Hi Spansh I have been looking and used your site, to plot my interested area, its 749LY area and 45 jumps using your neutron router, allowing me to enter my interested systems, and gave me the route order as I entered it, as an initial look it showed it can be done, tho a lot of manual calculations would be needed (having to be recalculated everytime you added a new system), so not very time saving in longrun. I looked at the link you posted, thanks and yes not quite right for my needs but again perfect for other uses ;)

Your Neutron one is as close as I can get as far as off the shelf apps go. if it allowed for mixed inputed names/destinations and reordered it would be a winner :) Thanks too for the work you put in on these apps to make life in the black less tedious o7 :)

The neutron plotter is NOT the site I linked you, the road 2 riches planner is, which does exactly what you ask, with the exception that you cannot "choose" which systems you want to visit, it chooses them automatically, however there is nothing stopping me from making that an available feature.
