How do I add a moving avatar like I see some of you using ?

Tried it before and all I end up with is a static picture (on the forum) but if I view the GIF on my laptop its animated ...

I've had the same problem on a few occasions, not sure exactly why it worked and then didn't.

I used Ulead gif animator last time and it seemed to be ok,

Has a free trial period as well.

Thanks TJ .. downloading Ulead now to give it a go.

keep the file under 30kb

if you have any problem im happy to see if I can help.

I also found sometimes it works only when hosted elsewhere.. dunnoh why..

would be good to know how to ALWAYS make it work...

As mobius says keep the size down seems to solve a lot of issues..

Yeah. I couldn't get mine to work when hosted else where, had to manage the save file to sit just under 30kb . And yeah it's not a lot to play with.

If someone is up to the challenge (Mobius?) I have wanted for some time, my logo to smoothly rotate 180, pause, then rotate 180 again (that might be two cycles, ie, one 180 rotation is all that's needed)
