Ax Restoration not working after Update!

I have been to a couple of alert systems and I can't find ax restoration missions. More alarming is that I cannot disembark, and the odyssey settlements have functions disabled.

Anyone else can confirm this?

The missions appear in the regular mission board from inside your ship.
The problem is as soon as the alert systems reach 100% completion for the week they stop offering them, so by the time Sunday/Monday rolls around there's nowhere left to find them until the Thursday tick happens.

I had been in like 4 alert systems, and dropped and hadn't gotten any so I thought it was bugged. I am assuming that the target locations around the systems I checked just didn't have the faction for restoration. That's my theory anyways.

Well according to the timestamps on your forum messages, you posted before the weekly tick - all the alerts had been completed so they would have stopped offering the missions.
You have to check the thargoid war information in the system map to make sure the alert systems haven't been completed for the week.

Hmmm... Alert I was in was still active. Still offering Thargoid missions besides ax restoration.
