What is the point of this scenario? You drop into the signal source, there are 2 wings of AX ships patrolling and providing comms chatter. At some point frameshift anomaly detected. They are some other comms stating that the xenos are finally coming, then the AX ships start waking out one at a time. The player is left alone with all the Thargoids. The same can be achieved by other means without the wait time and the NPC chatter.
So again, what is the point of this scenario? Is there something extra to be done before the Thargoids start dropping in?
