Well, I don't know what's going on in HR 2283.
After weeks of steady progress and apparently zero opposition, there is suddenly "something" going on.
The war started with BCats having 41.3 inf vs Life and Co having 33.8. Couldn't do much the first day due to the CZ's disappearing, but managed 0.7M in bonds before they did. BCats went down 2% and Life and Co went up 0.8%.
Day 2, turned in 8M in bonds and 4 "kill X life and co ships" missions. BCats went up 0.7% and Life and Co went down 0.4%.
Day 3, turned in 14M in bonds and 10 "kill X life and co ships" missions. BCats went DOWN 2.6% and Life and Co went up 0.7%.
I've been watching the bounties/crimes numbers and less than 1M in them have been turned in each day.
No clue what's going on.

Running stuff in my FAS for big friendly coin. I flip out my tank load out for racks and get 96t with 400 boost. A and D rated
Hunted at Yota, quite profitable: 500K in 1/2 hour.
1800 hull, 300 shield, 2 A boosters. MC, gum beam, rail and PA.

Well, due to what I can only guess is random Fed rank grinders, we have lost the war in HR 2283. While there was zero opposition over the last 3 weeks, apparently, several someones now care.
I'm going to take a break from the game for a while. Good luck BCats!

Thanks for trying... I've been running trade missions and no matter what I do all I see is percentages going down. Priva is 56%
Remember that when at war or civil war, inf can only go up due to combat actions/combat missions. So BCat paid bounties or CZ bonds and the occasional assassination mission. That's in every system BCats are in, not just the one actually in war/civil war.
The "tick" of the BGS happens once a day, and moves a little later each day. Right now it's at about 1 pm PST. This is when inf levels update.
If you have any questions about the BGS, let me know, or the mega-BGS thread people can answer. If you go to read the BGS thread, know that even the stuff on the first page is probably out of date. Better to ask and get the 'current' idea on the answer.
And this will help you get started or at least give you an idea of what to do and when.

Good news is Priva is out of Outbreak and has risen from 55% to 59% if the rise continues then we will go into Boom, if it falls then Civil Unrest/Lockdown (from what the screen says).
Edit: Yota is at 54% and rising, HR 2283 os at 24 and falling. Controlling faction in HR 2282 is at 48% and boom

If it says 'pending' anything, it's going to happen at some point. Things may block it, like war/cw can block, but it will happen. Also keep an eye on Raurugba as well. The other systems we are in or have are less important or easier to change BCat inf in.
It should be easy to bring Raur back up. Just do 5 or 7 missions, and it should start going up.
I think war/cw are the only ones that will ONLY show as 'pending' in the system they are actually happening in. Others will show up as pending in every system BCats are in. You have to figure out 'somehow', which one it's actually happening in. Also check the news feed for 'local system faction status' or whatever. Sometimes will tell the system, but it has also been wrong before.
Negative on Ritchly. We took Jackson Hub and Endate Enterprise on 12/19 and 1/5 respectively.
Now is your chance to try the pew pews. IIRC, Raur has some fairly tame Res sites near planet 3, I think. Priva will be more of a challenge getting bounties, but if you take them in Raur, and claim them in Priva, it will help Priva. Just don't have any cargo when you go, and you'll only fight those you pick a fight with.
Think of it as trading. You give them pew pews and they give you bounties.You just want me to shoot things
