Been to 7 stations now since logging in about 20 minutes ago and the BB's seem pretty scarce at all. These stations usually are full of missions. Server crash or bug perhaps. Was fine earlier today...
Edit: okay, 8th station now and it looks normal with 14 missions. Weird.
Just come out of the game, but the places I was there were plenty, sounds like you have either been unlucky, or perhaps did something to get your reputation trashed!
I've found that if I come out of the game completely and boot it up again the missions change. A bit of a faff but something eventually comes up that takes my fancy.
