I've been doing all the weekly tasks and I'm still at level 7. I was so close to getting the pack hounds before the PP2.0 update but all my progress was wiped. I was hoping that LYR would be included in one of the CGs soon as well for the extra merits.
The only other way I've found that's somewhat easy is to sell rare goods in allied systems. But finding a large quantity of rare goods is difficult.
What's the fastest or best way that you have found to get merits quickly?
