Can no longer reply to my own thread because I was trolled out and finally gave in replying to the troll and now im blocked from it despite having reported him multiple times. What a stupid rule that is. SO back to what I was saying about this game. Its awful and there are a million reasons why. It could be the best game on xbox but its nothing but a frustrating slew of bugs and glitches.
I wanted to thank the last person who commented for his response, it was a good one but he seemed to completely ignore the fact that the issues im having are not on my end.. its not that I need practice or and new Ive had the game for 4 years. It simply doesn't work!

Unfortunetly as I am struggling to explain all the issues im having im also venting and the facts are getting lost in the translation. The interdiction is easy to escape the reason I was venting about that in my rant was because it happens every single trip. I have a fairly good ship that can put up a good fight but my target keeps disappearing and moving to a way point on some distant planet or moon in some random place in the galaxy. So again the issue is not on my end.. I cannot target the enemy with gimbeled/ turrets. I've owned this game for 4 yrs and the bugs on xbox just make it unplayable.
I made most of my credits traveling and selling maps*. One thing that does work well is the scanning and mapping of undiscovered systems. Its about the only thing that works for me until the enemy pops up if im holding cargo then I dont stand a chance because I cant target him. When I arrive at stations the missions list doesn't load from the server (another very common bug) sometimes for days so my missions run out of time.. if the missions do load my cargo is empty when I arrive at the destination, despite having picked up the supplies. When I try to land on planets most of the time I get the horizons bug. Its an endless nightmare of traveling long distances for nothing and ending up getting destroyed and losing any credits I did manage to earn.
Id like to join a squad i think, when I first got this game my intention was to master it before joining anyone else and Ive mastered flying/ and all the controls. I just cant complete missions no matter how hard I try. I want to explore.. I want to upgrade.. the only thing I hate is mining I dont enjoy it at all. My ultimate goal is to explore and discover the game as I go but recently Ive been joining co-op or multicrew and its fun but its also a HUGE spoiler cause ive seen and experienced ships that are far beyond what Ive had. Ive seen tutorials and spoilers of things I had no idea existed in this game and now its sort of spoiled. Theres nothing left for me to discover Ive seen it all on youtube and in these forums.
So now Im reviewing the game and i think its a huge flop. More or less so because it has the potential to be the best game on xbox but its simply unplayable in its current form. Thanks for the reply Im sure it may help a noob with a PC but for xbox players.. I want a refund. I was so stoked for the horizons upgrade when I bought it.. and ive never been able to enjoy it. Its just been a waste of money and HUGE waste of time. It is the most unfulfilling annoying and repetitive tedious game play ive ever experienced. If only It worked the way it was intended to this game could easily be the best game on xbox.
Im not a full time gamer so I wont be dishing out for a VR and PC any time soon but if it worked Id be all over it. This game looks and feels like an answer the game Ive always dreamed of playing but its a nightmare in disguise.
EDIT: I keep remembering more bugs just so many to list Its hard to keep track. For several days I was not able to reattach my shield gen. I stored it to make more room for cargo as I had taken a mission with 2000+ cargo with very limited space. Im trying to earn credits but just before completing I got the server bug again and the time ran out. I wasted over 12 hrs on that one on and off. Then I tried to reattach my shield and it would not reattach.. the option was just gone.. until yesterday.
Thats not what I wanted to add to this there was another issue.. I will have to come back cause I forget. My brain is scrambled. I spend the entire day jumping back and forth for nothing. I ow credit. Oh I remember now.. I got a fine for smashing into someone at a station.. there is no option to pay the fine. Not anywhere... not in the system or station it happened or anywhere else.. Its like the game is glitching and bugs are appearing everywhere. I wont be sitting down to play this game for a while so hopefull when I come back to it these rediculous issues will be resolved. Until then Im singing off and going back to reality. Worst weekend ever!
