Yeah you might be right, it´s just that, to me, game would be perfect now, even without all those nice new additions, if it has just had a way to wing up.

But , damn this update is impressive. Keep it up Bromigos.

I agree, wings and system wide comms is something they need to get in till 16th. Hopefully they will :)

Michael, I cannot believe the amount of updates in this release!!! I doff my hat and touch my forelock at you for all the hard graft you chaps and chapesses have put into this!!!

Right... off to upgrade and get stuck in...

TO THE MOON!!!

I don't think it's ignored, 6 player comms sounds in right direction
Regardless of team play, voice chat is important for this game, IMHO. Text chat is not good at all (you need to fly your ship, not typing the text), and voice communications currently not getting DEV attention they should.

So we can now finally talk to friends in our private group (like we do not use software like TeamSpeak for this already).
Can we groups with them and share the bounty soon pretty please?

Yes I feel bad for thinking it was gonna be nothing but good that I was proven wrong.

Not sure but I will ask few questions about change log, did they fix the fps stutter near planet rings and stations during supercruise? And fps stutter inside of the station? If those are fixed then I will play it again.

Nice change log! Thanks!

- Super upped the number of AI ships in supercruise across the board. Minimum is now 7, max 21

This might require toning down the supercruise light effect significantly. It's already a bit too much with less traffic. I liked the former blue glow better, by the way. ;)

This would cause problems with balance because you would have better sight lines during battle, I honestly hope they never allow it. It would completely break the immersion of you flying a ship as well and would make it more 'gamey'.

This would be easy to avoid if you turn off all cockpit displays when in 3rd person. Not having radar is a clear disadvantage so you had to switch to 1st person when going into combat.

Personally i would tend to like to have 3rd person. Haven't thought it through completely, though.

Very good read, a goodly couple of the bug reports I raised fixed there. :)

Upgrading now, fingers crossed it'll finish tonight so I can have a play and see if the rest are fixed (although at least one will need 32kCr to test!)

Hey Michael, I really love all the work you and Frontier are doing, keep it up!

A little off topic and I know this isn't really the right place for this but I don't suppose Frontier offer work experience? I have emailed in but your HR department said that they didn't offer it to under 18s, I was just wondering if there could ever be an exception? My school run their own health and safety policies so I don't suppose that should be a problem?

I've got one week at EA, but I would be absolutely over the moon if I could get just a day at Frontier.

Oh and just to clarify I'm not asking this because I just want a little behind the scenes look at my favourite game, game development is genuinely my passion. I've written a few myself and am having fun at the moment playing around with Python.

I really appreciate that your busy with all this great work but if you could please let me know if this is in anyway a possibility it would be very much appreciated.
