Now to find out how to switch the game to English ;)

Easy... Frankly I'm concerned to hear the devs describe this scenario as "very hard" or challenging, especially to the point of being contest worthy as it wasn't difficult at all. No special strategy was required I more or less played as I normally do and the only time I struggled is because I couldn't figure out why it didn't consider my coaster valid because I hadn't realised to could expand the objective for it's sub-objectives.

Here's hoping they managed to make the management sim more demanding and come up with some greater challenges for release. No one I've recommended the game to so far would break a sweat on this scenario...

Done, was a tough one only for the fact that it took me a while to work out a sneaky strategy to solve it and took me a bit to realize that there is a better way to get money than a loan.

Now to build a full and well decorated park!

And finished. It was a lot of fun. Got it first Try but I saw many ways I could have failed if I played the way I used to in RCT3.

I know we send our screenshot in an email, but I like seeing them. It's neat to see how long it took us to do it.

Heh, the coaster was driving me crazy :p I set my mind on using the Spiral and for some reason managed to build a lovelly coaster that checked all the boxes - except for the 750m length ... once I expanded the coaster excitement and nausea all of a sudden spiked to 10 ...

Also judging from your screenshots I seem to have been the only one who payed off the loan asap and then went for the rest of the challenges ;) Last thing that finally kicked me to the 3rd star was the 6k profit from rides :)

@NathanK_11 Play -> Career -> Monolith :)

Coaster was only thing I got stuck on too. But for me it was more it took me ages to find the sub objectives. I thought the game was either bugged or the coaster I'd built didn't count and I spent the better part of a year researching other varieties to try.

My finished map. I did have to deal with nausea at the end of the coaster track as well, mostly just slow it down and straighten it up and it's fine.

All I did is pause right at the start, dump down all the available rides close to each other and connect the paths for easier access. I hired 3 mechanics but you could frankly probably get away with 2. Then get the shops/facilities down and you are golden. Start a marketing campaign and unpause. That first month when I had spent all my money was the only time there was ever a twinge of concern, but once the park filled up with guests the money started pouring in. The rides being close together meant most of them didn't need decorating as they were getting it free from the neighbouring stock scenery. The only other tip I can think to add is edit the ride setting and until max wait time so you aren't running them empty.

But no real strategy is necessary, building the coaster right is the only challenging bit and it's not so much hard as it is potentially time consuming if you get it wrong and waste money early.

I will say the rides breaking down in this scenario is the only thing I've seen that adds a hint of difficulty to the game. Even playing on challenge mode on hard, the small starting sum in just a time consuming obstacle. The guests aren't more picky, staff aren't more demanding and the park isn't harder to manage. It's not hard if the underlying mechanics are the same, it's just stalling until easy mode kicks in (usualy around when you get the priority ride pass with is OP as heck).

I finished it. I paced it long time and took it all chill. I love the scenario but I think it is rather easy considering what people are saying! ;)

I absolutely love this scenario in the visuals too! I forgot to write in emails about that. but I wanted to say... lovely fun science fiction mystery vibe! Fringe-like!

I guess I'm playing it wrong, I found that scenario to be an absolute challenge. Got it in the end though finally.
Just sent off the email to enter into the drawing.

My issue seems to be that guests are not willing to pay more than about $8 to go on a ride even with free park entry and the rides having full 100% queue scenery. Some rides are constantly loosing money and you have to double up on other rides to get the cash in which isn't fun.

I don't particularly like the feel of the scenario myself either so after having to deal with the silly pricing issue where the first month was making the expected $3000 or so and then every month after making $500 dollars it just felt like I was having to grind through, it didn't want me to aim at making a huge park with loads of guests $8 please let me know.

The goals were a bit bland tbh.

If this is how it's going to be I won't be playing a lot of PC which is a shame because it looks lovely but doesn't do much for the gaming side at moment.

Ah how strange about the not willing to pay more. Did you increase entrance? I kept it free and increased rides to a little higher.. Different for different rides of course, based on their starting price, but 3-5 more than starting price.
My experience with previous RCT games is that it is easier to earn money to have free entrance and high priced rides than opposite.

It was actually what made me decide against joining the raffle: It was more a grind than anything in my experience. Sure, that might in of itself might be a challenge for people new to the genre, but for the more experienced players its a bit bland.

Well they did ask us to say how we did it, and maybe polish up the easy-medium-hard challenge.
The entrance tickets did the trick for me. after I had everything else, I closed and opened my park, all the ticket money came in for around 16K. So in my mail, I made some suggestions to modify the scenario to make it a bit harder.

Yeah free entrance but even at the prices set by Frontier they say "I'm not paying that much for cube" they complained that the carousel was $1 and I'm at a loss why TBH. I always theme everything at 100% and make sure the queue is long enough etc :/

I quite enjoyed it, though it wasn't that much of a challenge. Setting up wirk schedules really helped. In the end I built the High Seas over the chasm in front of the monolith and added a bit to it to meet the coaster requirements. Literally 2 minutes after opening the coaster I had to scramble to get the washing off the line thanks to a massive cloudburst, I came back to this screen...
