Better Building tools

I would like to request some better building tools for Planet Coaster 2.

1. Make objects with procedural objects as with cities skylines mod or tools like Blender.
IE, there should be no reason to have to use thousands of pieces to create unique buildings when an item could simply be stretched to fill the desired space. Perhaps this cant be used on all objects as textures would have to be taken into consideration as well, but perhaps textures can be toggled between stretch or repeat.

2. Similarly, allow floor textures to cover paths or create plazas and such to have draggable nodes to fit a specified area. Instead of placing roof or floor pieces as is common in the current game, you can just provide patterned swatches to fill the drawn out area. And if you want to make things really easy, create a "detect boundary" function to auto snap to buildings, paths or other obstacles. Any undetectable areas can be defined by the player.

3. Make windows 2 sided and actually transparent

4. when creating blueprints, perhaps allow designers to define where the base level is, so when downloaded by other players, they dont have to adjust the building height to account for items meant to be hidden underground. This can also be determined automatically when saving a blueprint with a check to see where building intersects ground. It can always be adjusted manually for offshoot situations.

5. Perhaps have an option for doors that function, or at the very least, make only the door pieces something that cims can walk through. While making wall pieces and other such things actual obstacles that people cant just walk through. Alternatively, a toggle can be placed to make some pieces barriers, vs something that can be walked through.
6. Might be worth allowing users to select certain items and hide them or make them translucent so people can work on interiors or other areas that may otherwise be hard to get to.
7. Instead of multiple building pieces, would it be easier to have one set of shapes, and then a selector or painter of sorts to change the desired texture? If a user selects a wood side for instance, that texture would remain selected for all other pieces placed until something else is selected. If a player wants to change a texture of an already placed piece on a blueprint, provide option to select all pieces using the texture, or only the selected pieces. Allow texture selections to be used on walls, floors, ceilings, and perhaps certain scenery objects if it fits.
8. Consider unthemed sitting spots. A basic block for instance that would be meant to be covered up by other pieces for customization.
9. An array function may be helpful for some builders, when placing roofs, floors, or other repeated things. Instead of manual placement, have a toggle for create an array in which the player simply inputs the number of rows and columns, and any desired gap. then the system can auto place the pieces. A circular array option could also be handy for gazebos and such. User defines angle of rotation, number of repeats, and gap. Both arrays can present a preview before committing the build. Arrays should be built on the same plane as the original piece. Selecting an object in an array should select the entire thing. And if a piece is added, it can be repeated to the entire set of pieces unless otherwise toggled (apply to this piece only)

10. On Coasters, many users use the 4 at a time track piece smoothing operation. This seems like something that can be easily programed to perform automatically.
