Switched the Discovery Scanner to a built in module, that is fitted to all ships. This frees up a slot for players to use. Refunded credits too

Frontier, so awesome! Can you do this for the docking computer also? Seems unnecessary for this to take up a whole optional slot!

I wonder though if from an "immersion" point of view it wouldn't be better to make the FSS the default module that's Just There (since it is a basic navigation tool and does not consume even virtual/infinite resources), while the Discovery Scanner is a more specialist tool that an explorer or miner would choose to bring along.

The removal of the DS changes a lot about which ships can do what (I am looking at you, explo Adder ), and there are some excellent and much needed VR fixes. Cant try it today I think but this looks very promising, even ignoring the actual content of b2.
