Hi, so my minor faction is foreign in another solar system and war kicked off between them and a local faction. Do " wartime surface target scan " missions contribute to influence during "war" state ? I know completing massacre missions and turning in the combat bonds helps guaranteed only in "war" state and no other missions help but I also noticed that wartime target scan missions says they influence "large".
