I'm new to Planet Coaster and seem to have a problem with the Billboards. Images I've put in the media folder work fine. Videos are not working. The in game supplied videos work ok but anything I've created will not display. I've used Movie Maker to create short videos saved as .MP4 files (1080p ) and converted them to .webm using VLC Media Player (profile selected is video – VP80+Vorbis (webm) and the VP8 codec). The resulting .webm files are visible and selectable within the game but they will not display on any of the billboards. The converted files will play fine using the VLC player within Windows. I even tried downloading a webm video direct from a website (i.e. no conversion required by VLC) but this would not display either. I may be doing something wrong but I have noted one or two posts on the internet of others having a similar problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
