Birds, butterflies, insects and fishes

A happy new year for this community and for Frontier Developments. I thought about Zoo Tycoon 1 and I remember that this game exists of an insects-house, a bird house and if I'm right also a butterfly house. To get them in use in Planet Zoo it would be great to get more vivariens. For the smaller birds I think the Vivarien size should be enough. For the bigger ones it would be great to get more Vivarien sizes (1x1, 2x2 and 3x3). The height of the vivariens should be fit to the building heights in Planet Zoo ( 4m per Segment). Wit this variant it should be possible to have a Vivarium with a size of 3x3x12m. I think this should be big enough. Maybe that is also an idea for aquariums. Generally it would be great to get butterflies, insects and maybe birds also with the Special effects variant. I think butterflies are part of the planet coaster special effects.

I hope that frontier will make those releases in the near future. I think it's also possible to use the vivariens for smaller animals like rodents, why not?

Thank you for the Happy New Year wishes! On behalf of Frontier, I wish you the same :D

I have moved this thread to suggestions as it appears you have some ideas! You can find this thread under Planet Zoo > Feedback > Suggestions from now on.

If we allow for birds it might also be a nice idea to allow the building of full sized aviaries following pretty much the same rules as for building regular enclosures but with aviaries being fully enclosed.

Zoos usually don't, as the greenhouse effect is more damaging to high-metabolism mammals than it is to reptiles and amphibians that require a more constant temperature.

We've been asking non-stop for more exhibit varieties, though, so maybe when they eventually add JWE-style aviaries to the game we can use these to contain small primates and mammals that would otherwise be too small for proper habitats.
