Dav appeared in a livestream last week and said if anyone's having connection issues, there's a page to submit the game's network log file to the devs.
The more people who upload this info, the more they'll have to work with.
Does anyone know where that page is, and where the network log file is? Searching for it now.

I'm guessing open a support ticket, attach the log.
