What are the limitations (if any) on the number and types of blueprints you can have?
Suppose you have a blueprint for a particular module and you switch ships, can you use that blueprint on the module for the ship you changed to?1 per engineer.
When you have them all it's a nightmare spiders web of who does what. Then you go and unlock the ones in Colonia
Oh poop, yes, I thought OP meant PINNED Blueprints. You can visit any engineer you have access to and engineer any suitable module using any blueprint they have including experimental effects, you can at your convenience swap that module to any ship in which it will fit.
For each engineer you have access to you can while there pin one blueprint of theirs to use at any station at your convenience but you cannot add an experimental effect remotely, if there are two or more engineers with blueprints for the same module you can pin a different variation from each engineer.
You can only improve you standing with an engineer at their base not by remote engineering.
Yes. A Blueprint is for a specific type of kit (Pulse Laser, Power Plant etc), regardless of size, rating or variant (e.g. Fixed or Gimbled).Another blueprint question: If you have a blueprint for a 4A module and you switch to a ship which can use a 3A module of the same type, can the blueprint for the 4A module be used on the 3A module of the same type?
