How do I check that? And if I have to, how do I change it?Double check to make sure that your computer is using your graphics card for PZ, rather than your motherboard's graphics. It would be strange if it wasn't using it, but you never know.

Me too, I've tried everything. I went into my Nvidia Control Panel and added Planet Zoo to the high-quality priority menus and altered settings but it's done nothing. Sometimes I go in-game and it's fine, then as I start adding buildings and foliage, the animals gradually lose their quality and go blurry and sometimes it's blurry non-stop. So many other people have this problem too and it's been a problem since the Beta but it was only in Franchise mode and now it's in every single mode, it's really ruining my gameplay and I've tried everything. I thought it was just an issue with the 1050's but it's not because my other friends who have 2080 computers and regular laptops are having the same issues with not rendering, low-res and blurriness. I really want this to be fixed soon, I'm just glad that others are having the same problem as me so I'm not alone. I hope this will be fixed soon because we've paid for it. I'm also noticing bugs with the keepers not feeding my animals and there are keeper huts in distance of the habitats aswell as work zones and still my animals are starving, I even took out enrichment items because they would get filled up but not the actual standard feeder bowls. The game really needs some more work, I wish they sorted these things out and tested them on various machines before they released, these are such simple things and game developers should really test these things before bringing them out to the public because now we're all suffering the consequences and can't enjoy our gameplay because they haven't tended to these things. I'm noticing that things are being pushed to the bottom of the list whenever something new comes out to fix, I just want this low-res to go away already.I'm also still getting this issue with my GTX 1050 2GB (I posted this on another thread as well.) I've tried updating my geforce drivers, I tried turning off the optimise games settings in Geforce Experience, I tried changing the settings to higher settings in Geforce Experience, now I've uninstalled Geforce Experience all together. I've had to re-install the game for the 3rd time cause after the second time and the second update it wouldn't find the planetzoo.exe file and kept saying it was content locked, so I had to restart my laptop again and it then re-installed the game by itself. I've also verified the files twice as well. Still not loading textures.![]()
Let's just be as positive as we can! I hope it gets fixed soon.Yeah it really bothers me as well. Especially since it ran fine in the Beta. I had a Franchise zoo with tigers, lions etc which covered about 1/5th of the map and my animal textures were great. Now I can't even have one freaking peafowl that doesn't look like a blurry mess, no matter what mode I play in.
But they said they are looking into fixing it, so I keep my fingers crossed!
I hope it's fixed, regardless. It'd be a shame if Nvidia users can't play.Same problem here. first it was like that in beta, but not from the beginning. it seems to be a problem with Nvidia cards. everytime I read about this problem the players have a Nvidea card ( me, too)
