I think I must be behind the times. Could someone explain this one to me?
It's a screen shot from The Expanse series. The characters shown are 'belters' people born, raised and live in space (on ships, stations etc.). They speak a creole language.
Thanks, just to prove how behind the times I am, I've never heard of "The Expanse" series... Please don't judge me!

I may add - well worth watching, an outstanding series IMHO. Just one that went under the Radar for a surprisingly long time.
(I remember I needed to manually request the Season 1 and Season 2 BluRays even in big Shops to order them, since they didn't have any idea - by now they're sitting on the shelves next to all international best-selling series)
Expanse season 3 captain and executive officer of a large belter ship, the earlier speed limit picture was from the same season where a predecessor of a buckyballer got things wrong.
