Bug fix suggestion + bug report

I don't know if it's a one off or if it will happen every time, but I had a reactivation that wouldn't update; both the optional scavenger killing objective wouldn't update nor would the main objective of reactivating the settlement. I decided to leave to main menu and log back in, the settlement went back to square one where scavengers were alive and the settlement was powered down, as expected, the issue was that I didn't get another power regulator, so I was down one power regulator which is an item that is otherwise hard to get.

Suggestion: when logging (or at some other relevant point) check if the player has the required items that are normally provided for the mission. To avoid players trying to abuse it by selling them and relogging, maybe add a boolean which specifies if an item was sold (or traded if that's possible) which would stop the procedure.


On another note, I wanted to make a request, then I noticed that it's actually already in game just partially bugged: when a notification of a bonus objective of enemy elimination shows in the inbox, the bonus reward always shows as 20,000 CR--at least for me--whereas the mission log shows a completely different amount (in this case it was 160,000 CR).
(The original request was to make it easier to identify the strength of the pilots in bonus objectives, before being seconds away from interdiction, by either giving the combat rank by their name or by making the bonus reward vary based on difficulty, but it's not an issue, unnecessary explanation, I know, but I would still appreciate a combat rank by the name, because bonus reward amount doesn't tell as much).
