The extra module storage means I can maybe remove one or two of the T10s I use for storage now. I think I use about 15 atm.That depends from which side you look. For me there was not much in added module storage etc.. And I could already fuel stolen tritium

This one. Limpets only break out so much cargo, depending on its size/class, and it takes multiple breaks if you want specific items or everything, usually.Lots of cargo came out of the cargo bay. I fail to see what is not working.
You will need to hatch break multiple times. There is no guarantee the probe or sensor will be ejected on the first limpet.
So ejecting but getting stuck in the actual hatch while ejecting (as opposed to simply going nowhere like before?)IIRC things still get stuck - but not all of them. So they did fix the 2019 bug (which meant you got nothing - ever), but it's still not perfect (hey, this is ED )
edit: Especially clear when I was collecting Escape Pods to bait Scythes a few weeks back (before they nerfed the Scythes to ignore Escape Pods). After a while you end up with a bunch of collectors staring longingly at the Escape Pods that won't leave the hatches (since Collectors no longer suicide as much).
