[Bug?] Tip Off Mission, nothing to scan

-Got a Tip Off Mission went to the system and planet.

-I am now at the exact coordinates but nothing to be found.

-Drove around in the SRV and just found some random stuff like crashed satellites etc.

My ship is now parked at the exact coordinates and I did switch modes and relogged several times but still nothing.
Could it be a bug or did someone else find it before me and might that be the reason it does not spawn?
Or did the system somehow swap the coordinates and what I am looking for might be on the other side of the planet?

Latitude is above Longitude on the UI, correct?

Can't recall the names of the ones I got but out of three two seemed to be bugged, nothing there of note, and there were reports of some being bugged but no idea if they're fixed yet (fdev like to keep us guessing).
As for latitude, whatever they say first corresponds to the top numbers.

Numerous TipOff locations are bugged indeed.

- nothing at the specified Coordinates
- Coordinates are off too much (creating a >10km Delta on larger Planets)
- instead of a TipOff location, Coordinates point to a fixed standard Installation (nothing to scan there, Trespass zone, can't enter anyway)
- assets/crashed Ships in place but no Data Links to scan

Since the Data Scans aren't worth the long trips anyway (around 100-150k), I wouldn't recommend accepting any TipOffs unless trying them for fun or heading into a known-good location.
