So I was out exploring these past few weeks, and as the madne... er, curiosity started to set in, I start pushing buttons to see what would happen.
At one point I push the FA off button, and since I'm in super cruise, the computer says nothing, I get no notification in the info panel, etc... So I figure, huh FA Off must not work in SC (side note: it would be supertotallyawesome if it did). I go on with my explorating.
Next jump is a Neutron star, so I set destination, engage hyperdrive, and during the load screen pull my throttle to zero. Been doing that umpteen thousand times before. Only this time is different.
When I get to the Neutron star. I'm somewhat puzzled (read: pants-[redacted]-ly scared beyond my wits) to find out that my Asp is still at 100% throttle, and my physical (Warthog) throttle doesn't get any more 0%. Turning FA back "on" (no voice or message this time either) appears to fix the issue for subsequent jumps.
So, I guess FA Off in SC works? Sort of? Not really? :S
If it *is* a bug, FD owes me a new pair of undies.
