Bugs?

Are other commanders experiancing the following, don't know if they are bugs or not?

1. Discovered New unidentified Signal Source being displayed many times (4 or 5) but no new USS's appearing.

2. Start-up screen appears but when you click Continue, no options selection appearing i.e Open Play, Private Group Session, Solo Play, Arena, Training in stead you're kicked directly into Open Play and have to log in again, and again, happening quite regular. About 1 in every 10 logins or more.

3. In the April update patch notes, Frontiers 'Will' said that the HGE drop rate is being increased, I personally have seen no difference what so ever? it's still impossible to obtain Military Super Capacitors, Military Grade Alloys, CIF and lots of other very rare materials which are required for Engineers, the only way now is via the Material Traders, it was so much easier before they introduced Material Traders.

So much grind when you have many ships to Engineer.

AS far as #2 goes havn't seen it in the forums at all yet- I just had the problem of updating the Steam and rebooting before I could get on.
As for the rest- I'm to new to the game to know what you are talking about.

Although you answered a question I was going to ask- "After engineering a ship do you lose that if you trade it in- I will assume yes.

3) I haven't found a single HGE since the update, but I'm in Colonia and not active looking, so no idea.

If 1) or 2) is reproducable on your end, post it in the issue tracker.

#2 happend to me. The way I found around it is to click Continue but don't release the mouse right away. Wait a second or two. Works everytime.

On 1) I have no intel, which is surprising, I'm sure I would have heard reports if this was the case, but I could be wrong. You are correct on 3. There has, so far (unfortunately, there's a certain crowd that insists these kinds of changes take time to proliferate the bgs (cough cough, male bovine excrement)) been no difference in the view of several of my commanders who do a lot of materials gathering and whose opinion I 100% trust. I haven;t been able to test myself, being on vacation right now, but I've heard a LOT of data now and it all points to nothing having changed. At all.

1 - You won't see them appear unless they're right in front of you. They can be detected anywhere in the system now. Use the FSS to locate them.

3 - Increase can mean anything. An increase in of 0.05% would still be an increase.
