Campaign ships/Programme materials

When attempting to undermine Aisling Duval, how do I locate/identify Campaign ships, and once identified, how do I get the Programme Materials?
Do the ships show on left user interface contacts?
If I destroy a Campaign ship, do I need to collect the Programme Materials with cargo scoop?

Go to her control systems. They will be a percentage of all trade ships.

You must steal the program materials by using a hatch breaker limpet on their ship once shields are downed, or by shooting their cargo hatch. Scoop up the materials.

If you are a part of another imperial faction, you will lose merits for killing campaign ships.
