Can you lock a system out of your Navigation?

Yeah, they killed off the high paying passenger missions several months ago now

Huttons around 80 minutes give or take , been twice (i dont like cancelling a contract) .. on the plus side i do check every target destination since then.

Hmm. I haven't been there for a long time, but did it take 80 mins with the outpost targetted? Or 80mins having disengaged the target?

Hmm i didnt know about disengaging the target at that stage of the game so it would have been targetted all the way there , interesting though i wonder if it shaves off much time when no yarget destination is set.
