Can't complete mining mission hand-in?

Hi All,
What am I doing wrong here?
I've mined a load of materials in the black...

Arrived at a mining base (Sisters' Refuge) to do some mining missions with my mined materials... But it won't let me complete the mission even though it seems that I have the Osmium on board my ship??? Have these been nerfed so that you can only use materials mined AFTER the mission is taken???

Looks like you haven't clicked 'Deliver Items'.

Click the arrow at the bottom right until it is full. Then click the button next to it. Complete should then highlight.

I've tried to deliver the items! I can load up 20t to deliver but the Complete button doesn't activate????

No you haven't. You haven't pressed the Deliver button. Same as every other depot...

Not obvious as it doesn't light up...
