Can't connect to adjudication server

A mod locked the relevant thread and told us to go off-topic here, so here I go.

Can´t complain about adjunction servers; I don´t get that far. I´m stuck in main menu. Since yesterday.

I've got one for you. My first corporate job was an IT support job. One day one of the stores got a new POS system, and we walked the guy through setting up the server (HPUX workstation) over the phone. Well it wouldn't work. And the old one wouldn't work. Nothing would turn on. Store was down for hours.

So they sent me out there to handle it all. Got there. The guy had plugged everything into the UPS... including the UPS.

Classic.

One of the lads I worked with swears blind that one of the users he had to visit was complaining about the coffee holder tray (CD tray) not working.

I have no need to dispute this as he was pretty on-the-ball and tbh, I'd heard it before. From other people.
