CAN'T CONNECT TO FRONTIER SERVERS - PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm from South Africa, Have a reasonably good and stable internet connection, but in the evenings it is about unable to connect to Frontier servers.
This is at the bottom of the Menu Page (where you need to click START):

Server:123717671706377x1(54.155.104.41:19364) Name Unknown[unconnected]

I have no clue what to do next, my ED is rendered about useless - early mornings do work

Any idea what I can pursue to have this fix would be welcome, even if I have to contact my ISP to upgrade the line - which I think is not the issue - I have no issues with any other connected sites.

Can you open a command prompt (start menu, find command prompt) then enter "tracert 54.155.104.41". What do you see?

Ok so that rules out your connection to your router and DNS issues. For what it is worth I just tried a tracert here and most things timed out too.

Do you have UPNP disabled on your router? Any firewalls in between your computer and the internet? What does the content of the most recent netlogs look like? (net logs are here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\FORC-FDEV-D-1010\Logs If you installed without steam for some reason, it will be where you installed)

My apologies, I wasn't OP and was injecting THARGOIDS.... :(

Dr Watson, did you ever get this sorted out? I often get it as well, but can usually get in by quitting back to the launcher and trying again.

It might well be your ISP or your firewall not letting you to connect, what connection do you have? max speed in download and upload ? Can you play other online games ?
