Can't download ED Horizons/

I paid for the game on steam, looked and couldnt find how to download it via steam.

So i found, that you have to go to your account, and look at downloadable content.... When i do that, there's nothing there. "
You have not purchased any downloadable products yet"

Ideas anyone?

Did you just buy the Horizons expansion / season pass (DLC)? You need the base game Elite Dangerous for the Horizons expansion.

instead of calling it elite dangerous horizons
horizons dlc expansion pack
should be the way this item is sold
personally I have always thought naming elite despite it being quite dangerous, elite dangerous just too cheezy fa words imo I have gotten used to it now but originally I thought pants...…………..
just Elite like its original would have done given the length of time between reworkings of this game , horizons however is well suited to what it is
elite dangerous to me is a very steve intresting davis sounding name, it didn't' roll and was just plain lame imo and as for the beyond update no mans sky was first to that throne ironically

Yeah it is confusing they way they market horizons, they do make it sound like a stand alone package.

I agree with the base game just being called Elite or it should be given a more accurate name like Elite: Not Really Dangerous.

The name was pilloried when it came out. I think only FD thought it was a good idea.

Well, if you did buy the expansion and not the game, good news is you can refund it easily enough.

I did have EW vanila

Hi guys... I don't really understand how it happened, but it came up "horizons" in game.... it automatically downloaded itself without me knowing...

I guess EW horions isnt a big download.

if your launcher colour is orange you may have it but you have the wrong launcher
log of machine and it should turn blue
per mb of game data itsa an expensive title compared to say the amount of game data per meg that went into the making Grand theft Auto
game data content is a good guide to actual in game playable content and lod imo
