cant enter FSS

so each time I try to enter FSS I get this tutorial window in front of me, with a button NEXT, except I cant click that, or any button react to it. The game isnt frozen, because when I hit escape I return to the game menu.

So my question is: for what kind of input is the game waiting for? I scrolled through all keybinds, but cant seem to find the one to progress further.

the option leave FSS or show help doesnt do anything, the tutorial window remains.

I had the same thing first time I tried. You need to go into the options/controls menu and scroll down near the bottom, you'll find an entry line for the FSS key bindings. Note you'll need a key to enter as well as exit the FSS. I used the same key (in my case F) to enter, and hitting it again will exit. You can also bind a key for the tutorial if you want to bring it up again. There are a lot of other key bindings you'll need to use the FSS properly, I probably spend 15 minutes in SC going back and forth in the options menu to get it all set up.
