Can’t join my crew

My buddy wants to join the crew in my fed dropship and it keeps denying saying he’s already in a crew. He’s not! What are we doing wrong?

Is he in a wing, or was he recently hosting multi-crew and forgot to end the previous session?

Have you both tried relogging?

No. Neither of us has ever. First time . And yes, restarted and again the next day. Thanks for replying. Frontier is having us send them a netlog...
