Can't make a strobe light anymore?

I tried making a strobe light but it won't let me have any numbers less than 1 second (no 0.1, 0.2, etc). I also tried the display sequencer but it's not letting me enter a duration for the light. Are strobe lights not possible anymore or is there a new way to do it?

That seems odd. I was able to create sequences of lights that are set on fractional second delays. In other words, first light goes on at 0.2 seconds, second at 0.4 seconds, etc.

Maybe rather than doing a duration, set it so that the sequence toggles the light at each time interval? IE at 0, activate, at 0.1 deactivate, 0.2 activate again?

It doesn't let me enter .1, .2, etc. it always reverts back to 1 when I hit enter. Hmmm maybe it's just a bug on my end but I still can't figure out how to set the light duration when it's set to "activate to trigger", there's no option to set the duration like there was before [ugh]

edit: ahh figured it out, they moved duration time under the 3 dots tab. I was going crazy looking for it! [wacky]
