Is there a video capture in the game? If not, how about a simple video capture plug in? I am running windows 10.

There isn't a built-in one however there are several third party programs that can do the job (including one built into Windows 10 itself in the XBox Game Bar section) so not sure if Frontier will add a feature for something that can already be done using other programs.

^Thanks for the input! I tried using the Game bar in Windows 10, but it didn't seem to do much. I don't have an XBox... does it work without? Is the Game Bar an old idea that is now obsolete?
When I have "Game Mode" enabled, I get a strange but completely inert message when I launch Planet Coaster: "You'll need a new app to open this ms-gamingoverlay." Someone on another forum told me to disable that so it doesn't keep popping up and the information I could find online about using Game Mode was confusing (and outdated?) at best.
A built-in video recorder is nice (either in the game or Windows 10), but adding a program to do it is no biggie. Now it's just a matter of finding the best and easiest one to use, preferably free. But quality does cost, right
