Carrier message of the day

I understand the pitfalls (inapropriate messages) but Carriers that are open to the public need the ability to post service messages.

To grab the new services I need to jump my carrier to an admin system. It would be great if potential users could be informed, that I am not leaving for good but will be back in position shortly. Even some preset messages would help ("The service will be discontinued for __ days/hours", "The Carrier will stay in this position until ../until further notice", "The Carrier will depart for ___ in __ days/hours".

It's an easy idea to fix this, just have a description box for all carriers in the system map that carrier owners can fill out, like you see with station services etc.. Implementing it on the other hand...

Been wanting this feature a lot lately so bumping this instead of making a new thread.

Would be great to inform visitors how long I'm planning to stay in a system, what I'm here to help with, etc etc
